Refund/Exchange Policy
No refunds on hair extensions. Exchange permitted upon approval. Your items have been personally inspected and approved for sale by Sky Luxury. As you are purchasing from our raw collection, your order has been personally matched. Please try to purchase the recommended amount of hair in one order so that your raw bundles are best matched! While we do not offer refunds, we welcome your feedback on any problems you may be experiencing. We will offer assistance in bringing the best out of your purchase. Because our hair is authentic human hair, measures like treating and conditioning will be recommended to maintain the hair over time. Just like your hair, the hair can remain 'healthy' with proper care. An exchange will be permitted on a case by case basis within 10 days of receiving your order. You must submit pictures and fully explain the issue you are experiencing. We want to make this the best experience with purchasing a quality product because we stand behind it.
